The Wine

A Bordeaux-style blend from Canada's most awarded winery. Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are vinified separately, cold-soaked for extra colour and flavour, then oak-aged six months with Cabernet Franc leading the blend.

Tasting

Nose

Perfumed ripe black cherry, cassis and jammy raspberry with vanilla and nutmeg.

Palate

Silky tannins carry plush stewed wild berries, rich cacao and baking spice.

Finish

Lingering vanilla and mocha.
